The beachfront Bellevue condominium residence (11 apartments) is surrounded by a tropical garden and is located just ten minutes south of Kralendijk, in residentiel Belnem, where you find prestigious oceanfront homes. Steps from the soft sandy beach.
You’re on the first floor corner apartment which we named Kas Admiraal. The spacious living room opens up onto the beachfront terrace, which provides a spectacular view of the turquoise Caribean sea and Klein Bonaire.
The soft sandy beach is literally on your doorstep. In one minute you can walk into the 80 degree clear water, take a dip in the pool or sit in the tub, or just stay on your beautiful terrace and sit back and relax. Very often dolphins swim by in the early morning or late afternoon. We’re surrounded by palm trees and gardens around Bellevue which acts as a natural magnet for birds.
The apartment is constructed to take advantage of the refreshing trade winds, which blow from east to west and naturally cools the rooms. For your comfort all windows and doors have screening to keep out all mosquitoes. Kas Admiraal has air conditioning in both bedrooms. You can leave the windows open at night if you prefer, because there are grilles installed in front of the windows, to make it safe.
Both bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with large walk-in-showers.

If you prefer on occasions to eat in, a modern fully equipped kitchen is provided for your comfort, which includes granite counters, a full-sized oven, ceramic cook top, micrwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishwasher, all cutlery and dishes. And you’ll find an electric barbecue for grilling outside. There’s cable TV, high speed wifi internet, washing machine, linens, towels and beach towels. There’s a secure electronice safe and it is large enough to store your laptop, passports and other valuables. Just program your personal code to access it. Also included in our weekly rate is: service charge, once a week cleaning and food and drinks in the refrigerator on arrival, so you don’t have to rush out for shopping.
